Scott A. Rossi is a seasoned automotive executive with over 30 years of experience in dealership management, operations, and strategic growth. As the General Managing Partner of Fred Anderson Subaru in Asheville, North Carolina, Scott has led the dealership since December 2020, overseeing all facets of its operations. His leadership has been instrumental in driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Under Scott's direction, Fred Anderson Subaru has earned prestigious accolades, including the Subaru Pleiades Club Award—an honor reserved for the top-performing Subaru dealerships nationwide. His focus on empowering teams, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, and achieving consistent sales growth has been central to the dealership's continued success.

Prior to this role, Scott served as General Manager of Fred Anderson Toyota of Columbia in South Carolina (2018–2020), where he significantly improved operational efficiency and sustained business growth.

Scott's industry expertise is rooted in leadership roles across several top-tier automotive groups. From 2003 to 2010, he served as General Manager with Penske Automotive Group, managing six dealerships across three markets—Hudson Toyota/Nissan/CJD in the NY/NJ area, Central Florida Toyota in Orlando, and Honda Mall of Georgia in Atlanta. Earlier in his career, with Hendrick Automotive Group (1997–2003), Scott managed several high-volume dealerships, including Gwinnett Place Dodge/GM in Atlanta, Terry Labonte Chevrolet in Greensboro, and Performance Auto Mall in Chapel Hill, playing a pivotal role during a key period of expansion for the group.

Outside the showroom, Scott is equally passionate about life. He has been married to his college sweetheart, Carol, for 29 years. Their daughter, Bella, is a proud graduate of Tulane University. Scott has strong family ties to Southwest Florida, where his parents reside in Estero and his sister in Fort Lauderdale.

A lifelong boating enthusiast, Scott is eager to spend more time on the water. He's also an avid sports fan—holding season tickets for the Minnesota Vikings and passionately supporting Liverpool Football Club. A devoted music lover, he attends 30 to 40 live shows each year.
